Work product created specifically for a client under a service agreement becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless the agreement specifies otherwise. Underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of INFIJET DIGITAL.

We do not share client-specific information with third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. 6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
